From big campaigns to everyday lifecycle, I craft tactical emails that get clicks and make sense. Always on brand, occasionally charming. I’m also learning Braze, so I can help shape not just how emails look, but when they land and why they matter.

Challenge

Work closely with the marketing team to plan and design emails that support both always-on and campaign activity. This includes contributing to the strategy, helping shape what we send and when, and tailoring messages to suit everything from big brand campaigns to quick tactical moments.

Result

I’ve helped make email a more strategic and creative channel by getting involved earlier in the process, not just at the handover stage. I’ve also started learning Braze to better understand the tools behind our lifecycle messaging. The result is a growing collection of on-brand, high-performing emails that connect with users and drive action.
